The Honkacapital team worked with the client on an extensive development project to clarify the client’s ESG vision and strategy and to develop a concrete ESG implementation plan. The ESG development project, tailored to the client’s needs, consisted of a sustainability background study, a stakeholder survey, a management interview survey and management workshops.
A client-driven ESG background study reviewed the client’s competitive landscape, relevant research reports, material legislation and other publicly available ESG information. The background information gathered provided a comprehensive knowledge base and an excellent starting point for the client’s ESG development programme, which resulted in a detailed roadmap for implementing the ESG vision and strategy over a three-year period.
